Line Management Worker

Every successful business succeeds off the back of well managed teams. If your organisation is predominantly synthetic, a synthetic manager can boost the performance of your production lines significantly, and at the fraction of the extended cost of a human line manager.

Our synthetics are all networked together allowing them to naturally cooperate in a large degree without oversight, but every line manager acquired will increase the efficiency of your line. Whilst the individual synthetics can suggest optimisations to their specific tasks, they do not look for advantages to the line as a whole.

Maybe a synthetic can perform two consecutive tasks alone, freeing up a synthetic to alleviate a bottleneck elsewhere in the system. Maybe the layout of your factory is inefficient. Maybe one of the machines in use is outdated, or a support contract is nearing expiry. Our line management workers are constantly observing and analysing every stage of production to increase production and decrease costs.

Finally, our line management workers don't just stand there, they get their hands dirty. Whilst not as strong as our heavy workers, fast as our speed workers or precise as our precision workers, they are still able to help out along the line wherever needed, and will often be seen assisting synthetics avoid bottlenecks.
